Brink’s China

Brink’s Global Services was the first foreign security transportation company to explore the China market and the first company to introduce door-to-door service solutions to many customers across various high value product lines. Brink’s is the pioneer in the international security transport industry and has developed close relationships with Chinese customs, local airlines, airport police and local police and security companies in various major cities around China including Beijing, Shanghai, Qingdao, Shenzhen and Guangzhou.

Brink’s entered the China market in 1994, establishing its first base of operations in Beijing Services have since been extended to four other major key cities. Having been closed to the outside world for many years, China has been understandably slow in opening its market to new services; however, while still hampered by various restrictions, which created enormous challenges for both security companies and customers, progress was and is being made. In the first five years, Brink’s gained a market foothold and a great deal of important and critical experience while fostering stronger relationships with many reputable entities in China.

In 2002 Brink’s China joined forces with Brink’s Hong Kong to create a strong and solid platform for Brink’s future development in China.
